You can start your Your Fernwood whenever you want to, we’re ready for you now! To keep things simple we ask that you start on a Monday and you can pick any Monday you like within 30 days of your start date. The program runs for 28 days (4 weeks), but you will continue to get the benefits of being a Fernwood member long after that!
Absolutely! Your Fernwood is for any fitness level and is designed to help anyone break through bad habits and kick-start their Fernwood journey.
We will be asking you to exercise five days per week, with two rest days, and some days will be easier than others. This is a guide we set for best results. Allocate around 35-60 minutes for each of the five days for exercise.
The meal plans are based around the fundamentals of the Mediterranean diet, which is largely made up of fresh fruits and vegetables, wholegrains, legumes, nuts, extra virgin olive oil, fish, eggs and also some lean meats and dairy. There are standard and vegetarian meal plans available.
Your daily meal plan will consist of three main meals and two snacks per day, adding up to 1200 calories or 5000 kilojoules. In no time at all you’ll be feeling fantastic and you’ll learn this is a really healthy and sustainable way to live.

From desktop, to tablet, to smart phone of any size or any make, you’ll be able to easily navigate and experience Your Fernwood wherever you are. Simply save our URL to your home screen and you’re good to go!
